  • Large safe space to train

Warm up

  • 2 laps around the training field, to let the dog sniff and potty.

  • 5 sprints, 30 yards each. 

  • 1 pull with base weight to check Harness fit.

  12. 1 Pull, Rest and Water  90 sec.

  15. 1 Pull, Rest and Water  120 sec. Increase 5-10%.

  18. 1 Pull, Water, begin cool down. 80-85% of max.
