  • Large safe space to train

Warm up

  • 2 laps around the training field, to let the dog sniff and potty.

  • All aspects of this Routine should be adjusted accordingly for the health and fitness level of the dog being worked.​

 

You should always talk to your Veterinarian before starting any new exercise program with your Dog.

Exercises: Sprinting

  1. 100 yards, Rest 30 secs.

  2. 100 yards, Rest and Water 30 secs.

  3. 100 yards, Rest 30 secs.

  4. 100 yards, Rest and Water 30 secs.

  5.   80 yards, Rest 60 secs

  6.   80 yards, Rest and Water 60 secs.

  7.   80 yards, Rest 60 secs.

  8.   80 yards, Rest and Water 60 secs.

  9.   60 yards, Rest and Water 60 secs.

  10.   60 yards, Rest and Water 60 secs.

  11.   40 yards, Rest and Water  90 sec.

  12.   40 yards, Rest and Water  90 sec.

  13.   40 yards, Rest and Water  90 sec.

  14.   40 yards, Rest and Water  90 sec.

  15.   20 yards, Rest and Water  120 sec.

  16.   20 yards, Rest and Water  120 sec.

  17.   20 yards, Rest and Water  120 sec.

  18.   20 yards, Water, begin cool down.
