  • Tuesday: 5 mile walk with 6% body weight pack.

  • Wednesday: 1 mile sprint training.

  • Thursday: Rest, Play and 5 mile light walk

  • Friday: 1 mile Chain Pull at 100% body weight.

  • Saturday: 10 mile light walk/hike.

  • Sunday: Rest and Play. Grooming Day.
